Noir takes a unique perspective on the film noir genre, by intertwining the lives of three main characters in a web of greed, deceit, and revenge. Three lives – The Nice Girl, The Detective, and The Femme Fatale — intertwine in a web of greed, deceit, and revenge. It is the story of David Brissel who, after inheriting a Detective agency from his recently murdered boss, meets Sandra Bloom, a Femme Fatale, who convinces him to blackmail her Congressman husband and kill his bookie. After getting away with both he is hired by the bookies wife Melanie to find her husbands killer. But when he falls for Melanie, Sandra gets jealous and tells her husband that she had hired a detective. The congressmen out for revenge goes to kill David, but luckily Melanie is there to save him, or is she? As David is held at gunpoint by the two women, one last twist will settle everything in this classic Noir throwback that will keep you guessing right up until the last shot is fired.

As of FADE IN, Frank is in Hell. He sold his soul to the devil so he could be the best Blues singer in the world and that he was, but the devil called up his debt early, and Frank didn't get to say goodbye to his only love. Determined to reunite with his wife Rose on earth if only for a short time, Frank challenges the devil to a dance-off and wins by a narrow margin. The devil begrudgingly grants Frank five minutes to say his final goodbyes, but spitefully denies him of a human form; Frank must make his final farewell to Rose as a disembodied spirit invisible and inaudible. Not to be undone, Frank finds Rose on earth and reaches out through music: miraculously, his melody connects and they share a heartfelt duet before Frank adjourns to Hell. Upon Frank's return, the devil appears and offers another challenge that promises a ticket out of hell. Frank flashes a grin as we FADE TO BLACK.

Tom, an overweight and unattractive jerk towards women, goes by a local mechanic shop to pick up the car his girlfriend beat up. The mechanic refuses to give him his car when Tom makes sexual remarks about the man's daughters. The mechanic's gypsy wife curses him to a day of harassment and disrespect from women. Tom tries to find help in the community, but instead finds a world where he isn't taken seriously by anyone and is only treated like an object.
