Online Marketing

Welcome to the 21st Century where online promotion has become the key element to a business' success. The Wharton School of Business found that video boosts viewer comprehension and retention by 50% over a live presentation. Today, the most powerful marketing online has many forms, so make sure your understand your market before your pick one. Like a mutual fund, a diversified online marketing plan can reduce your risk to return ratio, but only care research and professional due diligence every day will ensure your campaigns greatest success. We suggest online marketing to all of our clients, and the infastructure isn't always as hard to establish as one might think. Our online campaigns have done well and web videos aren't the only thing we are talking about. Here are some additional online marketing services we can provide you:

Viral Marketing
Gail Goodman, Entrepreneur.com, wrote on April 22, 2011:

The average Internet user watches an astounding 186 videos a month, according to comScore Inc., a global digital market measurement service. This includes news and entertainment clips, personal videos, advertising videos gone viral -- you name it. Video engages people in a way that photos and text alone can't. For small-business owners, using video in your marketing can bring faces, voices, personality and heart to your operation, while also demonstrating your authenticity. To top that, video in email is said to be able to boost conversion rates by as much as 50 percent.

We deeply admire the work of an industry leading viral marketing firm, The 7th Chamber, whose words also best represent our viral marketing practices. We lovingly craft campaigns that 'share' like hot cakes. No automated seeding. No cookie cutter ideas. Only custom-made meme goodness. Created just for you. Using clever people, who know social media inside out, video search optimisation, our own hand-built social tools and magic (we don't use black magic).

5 Qualities of Successful Online Videos
Types of Videos You Can Create

Delta Gamma from the University of Tampa, a 2010 sorority client, was able to get over 3,000 views in the first 24 hours their video was on YouTube.com. The members of the organization couldn't believe the film we made was getting them so much attention! Could you imagine the impact on their recruitment if they didn't spend the time to viral market their organization. Like many humorous ads at the superbowl, Delta Gamma targeted their audience with an online parody of VH1's The Fabulous Life, a popular show for the 18-24 female demographic. Their recruitment video proved research and viral marketing through their sisters' shared Facebook network can return more than the most expensive marketing distribution plans. We just started on preproduction on their 2011 recruitment film, and this year will blow last years out of the water!

Lead Generation
When we start promoting a company on a budget, one of the many things we do is instruct the business to start operating with a 2-for-1 mindset. We encourage businesses to create programs that give rewards to clients that give their company referrals. The concept of this approach is that the cost of the reward should be less than the gain of the new customer's spending. The most ideal scenario is similar to one we put together for a previous client.

When the flyer below is signed by a member or promoter, anyone holding the card received a one time free admission to the members only club (guest pass valued at $5). The member or promoter received $5 for every card brought in by potential new members. Although it seemed the club was out $5, each guest couldn't resist the opportunity of enjoying a drink or meal at a venue that normally wouldn't be available to them. Every guest spent more than $5 after using their 'free guest pass' and the club was able to sign an exponential amount of memberships valued at $25-$50.

There are two important things to keep in mind with a referral program like this:

1. What is a worthwhile reward/incentive for someone to give referral?
2. What is the LTV (life time value) one new customer?

Branding

Crafting your company's image is one of our specialties, yet it is never as easy as it seems. Creating a brand perception requires subliminal intrusion through tactful logo design, trans-media exposure (i.e. social media), and diligent consumer research. Let's stick with the same customer we have used for several marketing examples on our site.

Social Club of Jupiter wanted to be viewed as a high-end hang out for adults to drink and enjoy themselves. In order to increase their overall perceived value they used the power of selectivity, and made it a member's only club. Feldman Studios planned a thorough campaign with the club to connect drinking to The Social Club of Jupiter, connect the club to fun with games, which in turn connects drinking to a good time at The Social Club of Jupiter. They were in the customer's mind whenever they thought about drinking, playing games, getting money from the ATM. One of their keys to success was the acceptance of some other marketing tactics we deployed simultaneously for them. We built a website that housed their promotional video, which we viral marketed utilizing social media. Utilizing everything mentioned from all of our marketing services in complete harmony is a concept known as Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC).

Take a look below at their complete marketing campaign:

Recruitment Services

Financially, Greek life organizations rely solely on membership, and consequently, recruiting new members ranks highest among any Greek life organization's priorities. Most fraternities and sororities are million dollar organizations, and still spend 90% of their money on recreational activities. According to Florida State's Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship, standard business practice is to spend 3-5% of yearly revenue on advertising. Is your sorority or fraternity budgeting correctly?

While most Greek life organizations should have tons of money to reinvest into the organization, the philanthropic nature of their operations and national spending constraints leaves them with little promise for well executed recruitment campaigns. Feldman Studios even offers script writing, production planning, production design, acting rehearsals, and all the other necessary elements of filmmaking for your recruitment film. Our promotional films are so polished that they could have been premiered at a movie theatre.

Please consider our company's other services for your organization. We organize formals, date functions, and the even the entertainment. We are constantly signing new talent, so let us know if you are looking to book a DJ or band. We also specialize in web design, screen printing, or recruitment campaign consulting.
